AGP\u2019s exhaustive survey meant the cloister could be documented in plans, sections and elevations \u2013 all for use in future restoration projects at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abbaye-mont-saint-michel.fr\/en\">Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once the mapping had been completed and the final data merged, georeferenced and cleaned, the vector restitution began. Draftsmen rendered each architectural element with extreme precision and in full compliance with the construction rules specific to the architectural style.<\/p>\n<p>The project spanned almost three months, with three weeks spent at the abbey followed by two months spent in the office during the restitution phase.
